The recent rain didn't keep us from looking for bugs in our garden!
We first made a habitat for our bugs to keep them happy in the jar for the morning.
We identified they would need dirt, leaves, grass and twigs.
Next we found some nice big rocks and turned them over.
We found roly-poly's,
Snails, slugs, worms...even a large six legged insect with long antennae.
We took our jars inside and observed what we found in the garden
before releasing them back to nature.
